By connecting to and using the Lavie Maison Wi‑Fi network (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. This Service is offered free of charge to guests during their stay.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Wi‑Fi, you acknowledge that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Purpose and Access
The network is reserved for the personal and lawful use of registered guests.
Login credentials are private and must not be shared outside your group.
The Service is included in your rental at no extra cost.
3. Appropriate Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
Accessing or distributing illegal content (pirated movies, child pornography, hate speech).
Hacking, phishing, or spreading malware.
Excessive bandwidth usage (torrenting, cryptocurrency mining).
Copyright infringement.
4. Security
The network is password-protected, but confidentiality is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for securing your devices with antivirus software, firewalls, and secure connections (HTTPS, VPN).
5. Data Monitoring
We do not actively monitor your personal usage.
However, we reserve the right to log general network activity for security and maintenance purposes, in compliance with GDPR.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of availability, speed, or compatibility.
Lavie Maison disclaims any liability for data loss, service interruptions, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from use of the Service.
7. Service Limitations
The Wi‑Fi is intended for general use (browsing, streaming, email, messaging).
High-bandwidth or illegal usage may lead to restriction or blocking without prior notice.
8. Termination of Access
Your access ends automatically upon departure. We may suspend or revoke access if the terms are violated.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
